Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour

Facility Technicians are responsible for maintenance and repair of a variety of company-owned equipment including utility trailers, minor truck repairs, and Water/Reclamation units. Facility Technicians will be responsible for service documentation, functionality and safety tests, and other duties assigned within the department. As well as this you will need to understand inventory systems and be able to be well organized to track all items and paperwork. Additionally, you will be expected to have strong electrical knowledge and experience reading/understanding electrical schematics.


  • Candidates who live in Midland/ Odessa/ Pecos area pay: $17- $19 an hour (based on experience)
  • Candidates who live within 5 hour radius from Midland/Odessa/ Pecos area pay: $15 to $17 an hour (based on experience). They will also receive housing and travel stipend


  • 10 days on and 5 days off.

  • Assist in all facets of equipment maintenance, preparation, testing and appearance
  • Keep working area and facility as a whole in an organized and neat (as possible) condition
  • Be comfortable with using technology
  • Follows instructions well
  • Know equipment description and functionality
  • Know equipment tear down, clean, and rebuild procedure
  • Possess excellent verbal and written skills
  • Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
  • Able to learn quickly and willingness to advance in skill
  • Be able to work well with a small team
  • Have an understanding of safe job practices for repairing equipment
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking of a wide range of customer related problems. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract or concrete variables.


  • MUST be within 5 hour drive from Midland/Pecos area
  • MUST be able to work overtime
  • MUST have a valid drivers license
  • MUST not have excessive tickets on record (no more than 3 in 3 years)
  • MUST be clear of DWI convictions on record for the last 5 years
  • MUST be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Must have a clean background
  • Due to DOT regulations, drivers of commercial Motor Vehicles are required to be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Grad; or GED
  • Some experience in a service and delivery role
  • Must be able to navigate on a computer mouse, type, change screens
  • Must be able to work with people in sometimes adverse situations (meaning customer is almost always right!)
